Ms. Brenner is our Program Coordinator. She has worked in the human service field for over thirty years. She received her B.S. in Human Services/Counseling Psychology from Lesley College with continued academic work in dementia training and hospice care. During the past decade, Ms. Brenner's work has focused exclusively on designing and facilitating social, cultural and art programming for people living with dementia; first as the Program Director of a forty-five bed dementia unit in a long term care residence, and currently as the Program Coordinator for The I'm Still Here Foundation. She has presented at conferences and workshops, most notably at the first International Artz and Dementia Conference in 2013. She trains care partners, volunteers, museum docents and civic leaders, is certified by the Alzheimer's Association as a Support Group Leader, and promotes and fosters advocacy for those living with dementia.
